About The Position
At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home. We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Kenn er community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for serving older adults.
- Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
- Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
Nice To Haves
- CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
- Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
- Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
- Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
- Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
