About The Position

We are seeking dedicated CNAs/Caregivers to join our team for weekend shifts in the Vinings & Mableton, GA areas. This role involves providing essential care and companionship to seniors, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions available, including day and night shifts. Our agency is certified by the National Association for Home Care & Hospice and is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Must have a clean criminal background check.
Must complete Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
Must have reliable transportation with insurance.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in the home care field or school is desired.
CPR + First Aid certification required.
TB test or chest X-ray required.

Nice To Haves

CNA License desired.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide transportation for basic errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility.
Provide toiletry assistance.
Offer companionship and engage seniors in activities like attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
Notify the Care Coordinator of any major changes or incidents during the shift.
