About The Position

Comfort Keepers of Cumming, GA is hiring CNAs & Caregivers, offering a perfect opportunity for nursing, pre-med, allied health, and healthcare students to gain hands-on experience while earning competitive pay. This role provides meaningful work that fits around a student's school schedule, allowing for flexible work hours during summers, breaks, and lighter semesters, and scaling back during exams or busy school periods. Students can choose various shift lengths, from 1-hour visits to 12-hour shifts, and gain real-world patient care and communication skills before graduation. Scholarships are available for students investing in their future healthcare careers. The position offers competitive pay up to $20/hour based on experience and availability, with extra hours available during school breaks for additional income and experience.

Requirements

Must be 18+ to apply.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
A passion for the job and a genuine desire to help others.
Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and a TB skin test. (You do not need these to apply, but they must be completed before you can attend orientation.)
Reliable personal transportation, valid automobile insurance, and a current driver’s license
Willingness to travel 25 miles (30 to 45 minutes)
Ability to pass background checks, finger printing, drug testing, and have good work-related references
U.S. citizen or approved work permit to work in the U.S.
