About The Position

Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families. Established in 2012, Patterns is a company that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy services in a variety of settings, uniquely designed to the family’s needs, and includes services in clinics, homes, schools, and community-based settings. Services include but are not limited to, one-to-one direct therapy, parent/caregiver training, supervision, safety care training, employee education, and IEP/ School support. Requirements

  • An interest in working with children and young adults.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
  • Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
  • Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field
  • Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
  • a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
  • Teach skills through structured activities and play.
  • Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client’s progress.
  • Communicate with your BCBA, team members, and families.
  • Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
  • Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
