ComForCare Home Care is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality one-on-one in-home senior care for a client in Carol Stream, Illinois. Requirements

CNA certification is preferred but not required for qualified caregivers.
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Private Duty Caregiver.
Experience providing senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, companion care, personal care, or in-home care services.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the client's home.
Ability to pass a background check.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Current Auto Insurance.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate one-on-one home care tailored to the client's individual needs.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining an organized living space.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office and care team.
Complete accurate documentation while following all agency care standards.
