About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA Caregiver to join our team in the Smyrna Area. This role involves providing essential in-home care services to seniors, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions available, including day and night shifts. Our agency is certified with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice and is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Clean criminal background check.
Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
Reliable transportation with insurance.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification/passport/Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in the home care field or a related school program.
CPR + First Aid certification.
TB test or chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Offer transportation services and run basic errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility and toiletry needs.
Offer companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests, including attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
Maintain detailed records of services provided and client's condition via an online portal.
Notify the Care Coordinator of any major changes or incidents during the shift.
