About The Position

A Better Solution In Home Care has been helping individuals and families with their care needs since 2005. We are seeking caregivers to join our amazing care team! We work personally with each caregiver’s schedule and skill set to make good client/caregiver matches. Our client is located in Bothell, requires a male caregiver, preferably older. The family is requesting caregiver services Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM to provide companionship and additional support when needed. Requested caregiver duties include companionship, light housekeeping, answering the phone, running errands, transportation to appointments, and assisting with loading and unloading clients electric scooter as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
• Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
• Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
• Good written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers
• Preferably older male caregiver
