Requirements

• CNA license preferred (or caregiving experience: 6 months full‑time / 12 months part‑time)
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Proof of current TB testing
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties
• Punctual, mature, and trustworthy
• Ability to pass national/state background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals
• Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Educate families on safe caregiving techniques
• Apply CNA expertise to enhance client care
