About The Position
We are looking for mature, responsible individuals (35+ years old) with prior experience in caregiving. If you're passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we’d love to hear from you! As a Caregiver, you’ll provide essential daily support to our elderly clients. This includes assistance with personal care, errands, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We’re seeking flexible, dedicated individuals who are committed to caregiving and can adapt to a variety of needs and situations. Requirements
- Prior experience caring for the elderly
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to adapt and respond to the changing needs of clients
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans.
- Support clients according to personalized care and service plans.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and community supports.
- Work collaboratively as part of a care team.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation using our electronic record system.
- Stay in compliance with HIPAA and complete annual CEU training.
- Bathing (including bed baths), dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation, feeding, and light cooking
- Mobility support: ambulation, transferring, positioning, Hoyer lift use
- Toileting and incontinence care, urine drain bag assistance
- Nail, skin, mouth, and hair care
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and general tidying
- Grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments
- Companionship and pet care
