About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one, in-home care to seniors in Enid, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Duncan, and surrounding Oklahoma communities. The role focuses on helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Weekend coverage is needed, with shifts available Friday evening and overnight, and Saturday and Sunday day, evening, and overnight. Availability varies by location and client needs.

The employer offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability, paid orientation and training, support from a local office team, employee recognition and rewards, and opportunities for additional hours. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification is required.
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while following client care plans.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete required care documentation.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
