About The Position
Symbiotic Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for clients in the Dripping Springs area. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for candidates who are passionate about improving quality of life through attentive, respectful care.
Requirements
- Active CNA license in the state of Texas
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Clear background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to pick up additional shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiver experience (home health, hospice, or facility-based) preferred
- Completion of CNA training program preferred
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus
- Knowledge of client rights and commitment to maintaining dignity and privacy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic meal preparation skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and transportation
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
- Deliver reliable, respectful, and client-centered care
