CNA Caregiver – 12-Hour Day Shifts

About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care and personal support to seniors and adults in the Fort Worth area. We are currently seeking caregivers who are available to work 12-hour daytime shifts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Requirements

A current Texas CNA certification
A valid driver's license
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Availability to travel to client homes within Fort Worth and surrounding Tarrant County communities
The ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
A dependable, compassionate, and client-focused approach to care
Willingness to complete required training and onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

At least one year of professional caregiving or CNA experience preferred
Experience assisting seniors or individuals with ongoing care needs is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Meal preparation and feeding assistance, when needed
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
Companionship and social engagement
Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
Communicating important information with the office and care team
Following each client's individualized care plan
