About The Position

Polar Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and passionate HHA or CNA to join their growing team. This role involves providing direct care to residents in a beautiful 114-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The ideal candidate will help seniors 'Age Magnificently' by providing personal care services and engaging residents with attentive care. Polar Ridge is part of Lifespark Senior Living Community, known for its fun, passionate, and caring team.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
