About The Position

UChange Home Care is seeking dependable CNAs/Caregivers to provide in-home care and daily support. Since 2009, we have served seniors and individuals with disabilities, and families trust our caregivers for dependable and compassionate support. We offer clear communication, reliable schedules, and supportive leadership. We are scheduling interviews this week for available positions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Reliable smartphone for care documentation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Professionalism, accountability, compassion, and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience.
• CNA or HHA certification (training available for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday activities and in-home needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home.
• Clock in and document care through a mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct.
