ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is looking for a dependable and compassionate CNA, HHA, or experienced Caregiver to provide quality one-on-one care to a senior client in Wheaton, IL during the evening hours. Requirements

Experience as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
Experience as a HHA – Home Health Aide
Experience as a Caregiver
Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Experience as a Private Duty Caregiver
Experience as a Home Care Aide
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Experienced in providing personal care or senior care
Able to work independently in a client's home
Professional and reliable
Comfortable communicating with the care team and family

Nice To Haves

Professional caregiving experience preferred
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility
Experienced with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance and companionship while helping the client maintain a comfortable evening routine.
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Personal care and hygiene assistance
Bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
Mobility assistance and safe transfers
Meal preparation and assistance
Medication reminders
Companionship and meaningful conversation
Helping with evening and bedtime routines
Light housekeeping related to the client's care
Observing changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns
Following the client's individualized care plan
Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
