Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and provide meal assistance.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Help with evening and bedtime routines.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
• Observe changes in the client’s condition and report concerns.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
