NOW HIRING - BILINGUAL CAREGIVER / CNA / HHA - Hindi-Speaking
About The Position
ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver, CNA, or HHA to provide personalized one-on-one in-home care for a client in Bartlett, Illinois. Hindi-speaking bilingual candidates are preferred. The caregiver will help the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while providing culturally sensitive, respectful care and communicating with the client, family, and care team. This is a consistent Monday–Friday daytime position, approximately 7–8 hours per day. Professional caregiving experience is preferred. The role offers support from the office and care team, training and professional development, opportunities for additional hours, PTO accrual after 90 days, and a caregiver referral program.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills.
- Professional and attentive to client needs.
- Able to follow care plans and communicate changes appropriately.
- Hindi and English bilingual communication is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Professional caregiving experience.
- Experience in senior care, home care, or personal care.
- Experience as a CNA, caregiver, HHA, personal care assistant, private duty caregiver, or home care aide.
- Ability to communicate comfortably in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
- Provide meal preparation and assistance.
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Assist with daily routines and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
- Follow the client's individualized care plan.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
- Communicate with family members and the care team.
- Maintain the client's dignity, privacy, and comfort.
