About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a full-time Care Partner for The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, Kansas. This role is focused on creating human connection with residents, being present, sharing talents, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. The Care Partner is expected to be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 34 properties in 6 states and employs nearly 2,200 employees.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
