About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees! This position is for a Care Partner at The Crestone Senior Living located at 21810 W 119th St. Olathe, Kansas 66061. The role requires an "Advocate of Empathy" to create human connection with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" to be present and share talents, someone who is "đź’Ż" to create an inclusive and positive environment, an "Engaged Egghead" to be curious and engaged in development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
