Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably in clients’ homes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Background check and any required immunizations as per company policy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Reliable vehicle, active car insurance and valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory team.
- Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans as directed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
