Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous home care or clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Auburn Hills, MI area.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate care.
- Document patient progress and update medical records accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory policies in home care settings.
