Full-time and Part-time We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are committed to building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality care to our Long-Term Care and Sub Acute residents.

Requirements

  • Must be certified in the State of Minnesota as a Nursing Assistant (if not currently certified please apply under our CNA Certification Course job posting)
  • CPR certification is required for staff routinely scheduled to work overnight shifts and highly recommended for all CNA staff.
  • Must meet all annual educational requirements necessary to maintain CNA certification.
  • Successful completion of Resident Specialist Training is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, compassionate care to residents/patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
  • Observe and report changes in resident/patient conditions.
  • Support individualized care.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance quality of care.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents/patients, families, and team members.
  • Become familiar with each resident’s/patient’s needs.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center.
