Full-time and Part-time We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are committed to building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality care to our Long-Term Care and Sub Acute residents.

Requirements

Must be certified in the State of Minnesota as a Nursing Assistant (if not currently certified please apply under our CNA Certification Course job posting)
CPR certification is required for staff routinely scheduled to work overnight shifts and highly recommended for all CNA staff.
Must meet all annual educational requirements necessary to maintain CNA certification.
Successful completion of Resident Specialist Training is required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate care to residents/patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Observe and report changes in resident/patient conditions.
Support individualized care.
Contribute ideas to enhance quality of care.
Build meaningful relationships with residents/patients, families, and team members.
Become familiar with each resident’s/patient’s needs.
Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center.
