About The Position
Marquette is looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Aide to work in their Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the licensed and nursing staff by performing routine customer service and nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The selected candidate will work shifts in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Requirements
- Current Indiana CNA certification
- Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program
- Passion for providing exceptional care and service to seniors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident care
Responsibilities
- Answering resident call lights promptly
- Assists with obtaining and providing meals
- Setting up meals
- Providing hydration
- Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, eating, transfers, and other necessary tasks for safety and well-being directed by the Charge Nurse.
