Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license, pass MVR Background check.
  • 3+ years of inspection/CMT experience.
  • Ability to follow Construction Site Safety Precautions.
  • Pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Ability to travel within Colorado 20-80% of the time.
  • Technical Writing skills for inspection reports.
  • Must be able and willing to work some weekends and occasional overtime.
  • Must have strong communications skills and be computer savvy – (Word and Excel) and able to add and use Apps on a smart phone or tablet.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret design plans, project instructions and write daily reports.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for clearance to work on military installations.

Nice To Haves

  • ACI Field I ICC certifications desired: Reinforced Concrete, Pre-stressed Concrete, Structural Masonry, Structural Steel/Welding, Fireproofing, and/or Commercial Building Inspector.

Responsibilities
