Requirements

Part Time Hours
Schedule: Days, Evenings
Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Must have a valid CMT license through the Maryland Board of Nursing
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Observe residents for medication effectiveness, reactions, and changes in condition, reporting concerns to the nursing team.
Document medication administration and resident information accurately and timely.
Assist residents with activities of daily living as permitted by certification and facility guidelines.
Maintain medication carts, medication rooms, and supplies in compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor medication inventory and notify appropriate staff of replenishment needs.
Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance procedures at all times.
Respond promptly and courteously to resident needs and requests.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
