About The Position

The CMS Technician Lead represents Incora Aircraft at customer production sites and works directly with the Customer Administrator and on-site functional area managers to maintain and replenish customer supply bins. The role provides an on-site presence and liaison to monitor stock levels, resolve issues, and expedite critical needs in support of customer requirements. It is responsible for monitoring processes, procedures, and functions for accuracy and efficiency, and includes mentoring and leading a team.

The Chemical Management Systems Technician Lead maintains ongoing communication with the Regional Customer Program Manager, Contracts, Sales, and Finance. The position provides operational support and status updates, including notification of critical stock outs; coordination of new “Add” and/or “Off” contract requirements; identification of quality or process improvement opportunities; and identification of additional products or services that could increase customer satisfaction and profitability. The role may require travel between customer sites and schedule flexibility based on customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of relative JIT, VMI, or 3PO experience within the aerospace industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills, including direct customer and supplier contact.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison and/or as a trained, reliable company representative with positive results.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with integrated data systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and intermediate-to-advanced Word and Excel skills such as spreadsheets, formulas, and importing and exporting files.
• Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, follow-through, and perseverance to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform detailed work and in-depth research when required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas of the department.
• Ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with internal and external customers.
• Openness to schedule demands and changes based on customer needs.
• Ability to travel or drive between customer sites as necessary, with reliable personal transportation and a company-approved driving record.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team.

Nice To Haves

• College degree.
• Forklift experience or a forklift license.
• Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
