About The Position

tms is looking for a CMS Support Specialist Intern to join our growing team within our Digital Delivery operations for Summer 2027. The CMS Support Specialist Intern will help ensure the success of the project by contributing to the support framework. Your primary responsibilities will include meticulous ticket and issue triage, and you will also contribute to growing support processes which will shape the foundation for the future of the project. This role is about problem solving and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to streamline support workflows. Requirements

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter
