RESPEC is seeking a Content Strategist to lead the digital content strategy, taxonomy architecture, governance frameworks, migration planning, and staff enablement initiatives for a new GeoInfo web presence. This role ensures the agency's new web presence is operationally sustainable post-launch. The position operates at the intersection of business goals and technical execution, collaborating with RESPEC's delivery team, agency program directors, scientific subject matter experts, and product managers. The goal is to establish standardized editorial policies, repeatable content models, and actionable training resources. This role is strategically front-loaded to align the sitemap, taxonomy hierarchies, structured content schemas (supporting Drupal and Wagtail paradigms), metadata taxonomies, and migration criteria before active development begins. While RESPEC provides foundational governance frameworks and tagging methodologies, the Content Strategist will empower agency personnel to classify, refine, and maintain their specialized domain content effectively.
