About The Position

Chief Outsiders is a rapidly growing national company seeking experienced CMOs to join their team. The role involves working with 2-3 midsize companies simultaneously, implementing growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management. The focus is on driving sustainable top-line growth for these companies. The ideal candidate will have a market-based approach to business and the ability to guide CEOs and business owners on growth strategies and marketing tools.

Requirements

Held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies.
Experience helping a CEO or business owner understand where and how to grow.
Ability to determine which marketing tools to apply to make big things happen.
Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge.
Ability to help the CEO and leadership team understand real business problems.
Ability to develop and implement a plan that fits the company, opportunity, and competitive situation.
