Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through excellent customer service and support is key. Responsibilities also include developing proposals, negotiating contract terms, closing deals, and working with legal and finance teams for smooth contract execution. Staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback is essential for refining sales strategies. Collaboration with the product team to define offerings, solution strategy, and provide customer insights for product development and improvements is also a part of this role.
