About The Position

This role involves identifying and targeting new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads. The specialist will research and engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and how our SaaS solutions can address them. A strategic sales plan will be developed and executed to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role requires delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively managing leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through excellent customer service and support is key. Responsibilities also include developing proposals, negotiating contract terms, closing deals, and working with legal and finance teams for smooth contract execution. Staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback is essential for refining sales strategies. Collaboration with the product team to define offerings, solution strategy, and provide customer insights for product development and improvements is also a part of this role.

Requirements

  • Computerized Maintenance Management Software
  • Enterprise Asset Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar technology sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required
