About The Position

ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator for a position located in Springfield, Virginia. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations.

Requirements

• US Citizens
• Eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
• Able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or similar is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of professionalism for client interaction

Responsibilities

• Input data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of: Assets and equipment inventory management; Facility maintenance and repairs; Service call/work order management; Automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement; Facility performance management; Equipment performance management; and Equipment maintenance/repair histories.
• Serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment.
