Responsibilities

• Be multi-functionally skilled; should be able to perform any job assignment in the respective work area
• Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as called for in the Work Instruction Manual
• Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as necessary to meet schedule requirements
• Good understand of the Toyota Production System
• Ability to be active in kaizen activities
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures on quality equipment
• Inspect work and equipment as called for in the Work Instruction Manual
• Report any equipment abnormalities or data out of tolerance to Group Leader/Supervisor
• Maintain a clean working area and organize data documents
