About The Position

The CMM Programmer will develop, validate and operate programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of aerospace CMM Programming experience is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • US Person (Green Card Holder or United States Citizen) due to government contracts.

Nice To Haves

  • PDMIS and/or Quindos experience a plus
  • Degree/certificate from vocation school or college program is a plus, but extensive experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CMM software to create and validate CMM programs for both final and in-process inspection and measurement of complex finished product.
  • Operate CMM to prove out programs and as needed, to support production.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area and on machines.
  • Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Wear necessary personal protective equipment, as required.
  • Actively participate in cross-training, cost savings and team activities to improve processes.
  • Maintain appropriate tact and diplomacy in dealings with co-workers, team members and supervisors.
