Requirements

  • Truline is a nicotine and drug-free workplace. Applicants selected for hire will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test. Continued employment is conditioned upon compliance with Truline’s nicotine and drug-free workplace policies, including any required testing.
  • The first 90 days of employment are considered a probationary period. During this time no PTO is accrued, and you have a maximum of 20 unpaid hours (2 full working days) off. Missing more than 20 hours of work during the first 90 days of employment would result in termination. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Must be eligible to perform work under ITAR/EAR regulations. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person status is required.
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with CMM-Manager software, including independently creating, editing, troubleshooting, and optimizing CMM inspection programs
  • At least one year of manufacturing experience.
  • A strong working knowledge of GD&T.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or other technical documents.
  • Excellent math skills.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of manufacturing experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management System.
  • Familiarity with M4 software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for writing code within CMM Manager software.
  • Developing new programs.
  • Optimization of current programs.
  • Troubleshoot programming, alignment, probing, measurement strategy, and repeatability issues.
  • Monitor the accuracy and effectiveness of CMM programs through all stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Assist co-workers with running and troubleshooting CMM programs as needed.
  • Operate CMMs and perform probe qualification, setup, and routine verification activities.
  • Communicates within the Inspection department and other departments to identify and fulfill inspection needs.
  • Accurately fill out inspection and quality documentation as required.
  • Working knowledge of conventional dimensional inspection equipment and methods.
  • Identifies and controls non-conforming product in accordance with procedures.
  • Maintains equipment and work environment in good order.
  • Follow all aerospace quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

  • Starting pay rate: $32/hr. Rate will be evaluated over the course of the first 90 days, with further performance-based raises possible in the future.
