About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance CMM Technician with strong expertise in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring product compliance with engineering drawings and industry standards, including ASME Y14.5-2018. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), strong blueprint interpretation skills, and a solid understanding of tolerance analysis within aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of CMM operation and programming experience
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018).
• Experience performing dimensional inspections in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
