Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
- CMM experience is a plus, but candidates with inspection experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to inspect ceramic core components.
- Use transducer gages, handheld measuring devices, and other inspection equipment.
- Review and interpret product X-rays.
- Ensure parts meet quality and customer specifications.
- Support productivity, yield, safety, and 6S standards.
- Work closely with a team dedicated to quality and continuous improvement.
