About The Position

3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking an experienced CMM operator/programmer with PC-DMIS experience for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm). Overtime should be expected. The purpose of this role is to hold a fixture or part to specifications or supplied drawings.

Requirements

• PC-DMIS software experience required.
• 2 – years work experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced blueprint interpretation.
• Full knowledge of drawing GD&T.
• Basic skills in the set-up and operation of common CMM Machines.
• Proficient in the use of precision hand tools. (micrometer, caliper, height gage)
• Able to read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Basic to medium skills in mathematics.
• Attention to safety protocols.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM with PC-DMIS software.
• Accurately identify product deviations and relay information necessary to correct.
• Accurately generate both first article and final documentation necessary for product submission.
• Perform in-process inspections on various types of manufactured product using hand tools.
• Make adjustments necessary to improve product condition of most manufacturing processes.
• Log job time, daily.
• Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
