About The Position
We are seeking skilled CMM programmers with 4+ years of experience for a 6-month contract onsite in Alabama. This role involves operating CMM machines, performing various inspections, and ensuring quality control. The position offers a competitive pay rate, guaranteed hours, and per diem, with accommodations and travel expenses covered.
Requirements
- 4+ recent years experience operating CMMs.
- Proficiency in Quality Inspection.
- Proficiency in ITAR Compliance.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Nice To Haves
- IDEAL candidate has ZEISS/Calypso experience, but other CMM experience accepted.
Responsibilities
- Operating 5 Zeiss CMMs. Other CMM experience is accepted.
- Performing FPIs, In-Process, and Final Inspections.
- Inspect any failures with hand tools including verniers, calipers, mics, gage blocks, etc.
Benefits
- Pay Rate $36/hr
- 50hrs/week GUARANTEED (OT after 40)
- $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
