About The Position

Empower AI is seeking a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) / Asset Management System (AMS) Administrator for an exciting opportunity at the Department of State. This role is responsible for all CMDB/AMS management operations within the hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure for the customer using the ITIL framework. The administrator will maintain an accurate and up-to-date CMDB, ensuring it serves as the authoritative source for all Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships within the customer enterprise IT environment. The CMDB will integrate with AMSs (e.g., ILMS, ServiceNow) to ensure consistency between asset records and configuration data, and the administrator will ensure bidirectional data synchronization, reconcile discrepancies, and support the C/CM process. The CMDB will track CI attributes, including hardware specifications, software versions, dependencies, ownership, location, and change history.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities
