The Gardens At Luther Park is a 70 Apartment Assisted Living with a Memory Care Unit. We are searching for the right CMA/Med Manager with the right skills, experience and personal qualities to take over this unique position. A Certified Medication Aide/Med Manager is an important member of the overall care team at the Gardens Assisted Living. While working under the direction of a nurse, CMA's administer medications, help with daily activities and assist residents in a home-like environment. CMA's also assist memory care residents by prompting, cueing, problem-solving and redirection. The CMA charts in electronic health records (Point Click Care) and helps maintain the safety and security of residents. CMA's also assist nursing personnel by providing routine CNA type duties as assigned.
