About The Position

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being and report changes to the nursing team.
- Support a positive and engaging environment for residents.
