About The Position

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a CM Team Supervisor (LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC). Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions to lead healthy and productive lives. GCBHS has an immediate opening for a dependently or independently licensed Counselor or Social Worker (Ohio LSW/LPC or LISW/ LPCC with management experience to supervise a Case Management team serving adults who are experiencing severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County.

Requirements

• Degree in mental health, social work, counseling or other field of study that is related to the treatment, support and education of the mentally ill required or three years of related experience required.
• Previous supervisory and administrative experience required.
• Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
• LSW/LPC, LISW or LPCC.

• Active Ohio LISW or LPCC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
• Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
• Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy.
• Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services.
