About The Position

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a CM Team Supervisor (LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC) to join their mission of helping individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives. This role involves supervising a Case Management team serving adults with severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County. Requirements

• Degree in mental health, social work, counseling or other field of study that is related to the treatment, support and education of the mentally ill required or three years of related experience required.
• Previous supervisory and administrative experience required.
• Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
• LSW/LPC, LISW or LPCC.

• Active Ohio LISW or LPCC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
• Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
• Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy.
• Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services.
