About The Position

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused event-based part-time Chef Table Attendant/Food Line Server to join our Premium Clubs team. This event-based, part-time position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas, assisting with food and beverage service, and anticipating guest needs throughout each event.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, hotels, clubs, catering, stadium/arena, or full-service restaurant environments preferred.
  • Previous premium hospitality or event venue experience is a plus.
  • Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous premium hospitality or event venue experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining areas by clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, returning glassware, and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist servers with table setup, food and beverage delivery, beverage refills, and bussing tables to ensure efficient service.
  • Support kitchen, bar, and service teams to promote seamless event operations and timely guest service.
  • Greet guests warmly, respond to questions, provide recommendations, and accommodate special requests while delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • Ensure food presentation, cleanliness, and service standards meet company expectations while following all HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock service stations throughout events as needed.
  • Complete opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, breaking down equipment, storing supplies, and preparing the club for future events.
  • Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns to leadership and perform additional duties as assigned.
