About The Position
An integral member of our team, the Buffet Attendant plays an essential role in creating and welcoming a seamless dining experience for every guest. With attention to detail and warmth, the Buffet Attendant is responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and replenishment of the buffet area.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Work closely with our Front and Back of House Team Members to drive our breakfast buffet service each day
- Hold one another accountable to creating memorable guest experiences
- Display great communication skills and a pleasant friendly attitude
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of our steps of service, menu items, and food preparation
