About The Position
Ensures the efficient operation of Chef’s Counters, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a high standard of service for guests.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the chef counter by arranging food items, utensils, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. They ensure all items are properly displayed, labeled, and presented according to business standards.
- Monitor food levels and quality throughout an event, replenishing dishes as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during service.
- Ensure chef’s counter remains fully stocked with serving utensils, plates, and napkins as needed.
- Assist with breakdown of the chef’s counter by cleaning and sanitizing the area. Also assist with inventory record keeping as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to address any issues promptly and maintain seamless service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
