Responsibilities

  • Check in team members, volunteers, and vendors on event days.
  • Welcome volunteers and staff, answered questions, and provided event information.
  • Coordinate event-day check-in operations to maintain an organized workflow.
  • Distribute event materials, name badges, and schedules to team members.
  • Direct volunteers and staff to assigned roles and work locations.
  • Communicate event updates, schedule changes, and important announcements to team members.
  • Provide support to supervisors by monitoring attendance and resolving check-in issues.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas were prepared and organized.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and report staffing updates to management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to attendees while supporting event operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure events ran efficiently and on schedule.
  • Assist with new team member orientation and onboarding procedures.
  • Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment throughout events.
  • Support logistics by organizing supplies, registration materials, and event resources.
  • Ensure compliance with event policies, safety guidelines, and organizational standards.
