About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Seasonal Clubhouse Server to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and creating memorable, personalized experiences in an upscale, luxury dining environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building member relationships, anticipating needs, and providing exceptional service. The season primarily runs from October through May, coinciding with the Club’s busiest months.

Requirements

• Current AZ Food Handler’s Card
• Wine, spirits, beer knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of serving at a high-end, luxury or country club required
• Thursday & Saturday night availability required

Nice To Haves

• Tequila knowledge is a plus!
• Open availability is a plus
