About The Position
Wisconsin Country Club, a premier golf and social destination, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our team. Nestled in the heart of Milwaukee, our club offers an exceptional golf experience, exquisite dining, and a vibrant community. As a Clubhouse Housekeeper/Cleaning Team Member you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service for our esteemed members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the clubhouse while providing a welcoming and courteous environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality and or housekeeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ability to work weekends is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clubhouse, including locker rooms, meeting space, bathrooms, offices, restaurant areas, on course bathrooms.
- Monitor and replenish amenities, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Uphold a high level of customer service, addressing member needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
- Work scheduled shifts, including morning, weekends and night shifts.
