A clubhouse grounds maintenance worker ensures the exterior, landscaping, and amenities of a club facility are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing . Key duties include mowing, landscaping, operating machinery, cleaning pathways, and managing trash. This role requires physical stamina, basic machinery knowledge, and often early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching lawns, flower beds, and shrubs.
- Removing debris from walkways, maintaining parking lots, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Utilizing riding/push mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Monitoring irrigation systems, assisting with planting new plants/flowers.
